Our radiant Tiffany window gifted by Mrs. Mary O. Augusta in memory of her husband, Dr. Alexander Thomas Augusta—the first African American physician in the U.S. Army and a Civil War Major. The Tiffany window honors Dr. Augusta’s close friendship with Edwin Stanton, Secretary, Department of War. The window was installed circa 1900.

Ms. Miranda Bomersheim, received her double major degree in psychology and chemistry with honors from The University of Virginia.

Ms Lauren Harris received her BA degree in International Affairs concentrating on conflict resolution from The George Washington University.
